The Community Sports & Events Center is becoming a reality!

Marinette Sports and Event CenterIt might’ve taken three rounds of votes, hours of discussion between the 31-member board of supervisors, the Mayor of Marinette, and the county administrator but an agreement is made by Marinette County Board of Supervisors at yesterday’s Marinette County Board Meeting.

County Administrator, Jon Lafabvre says the county wants to be a partner to the towns, villages, and cities throughout Marinette County and if this project does not move forward, it will only put a road block between the county and the city.
